We will be conducting planned engineering works affecting On-Net Broadband customers. While the change window is 4 hours we only expect a single outage of approximately 1 hour within this change window.
After which full testing will be performed on the entire network to ensure everything is back up and running after the work has been completed.
This is preliminary work to prepare infrastructure for a future network upgrade.
