We have seen no further drops since service was restored. We are still liaising with Vodafone to ascertain the RFO and this will be available once we have it. We would once again like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused affected clients.

Monitoring
We are now starting to see affected circuits recover and are continuing to closely monitor these whilst awaiting communication from Vodafone on actions taken to restore service.

Investigating
We have received limited communication from Vodafone regarding this incident and as such have requested that it is escalated further. Elite engineers are working with Vodafone to resolve this as quickly as possible and further information will follow as soon as it becomes available.

Identified
We have identified a issue with one of our Vodafone NNIs which is affecting connectivity on a handful of circuits. This has already been raised with Vodafone and we have requested for this to be investigated as a matter of urgency.

The level of service that has been received from Vodafone is not acceptable we have already raised this as a formal complaint.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused however please be assured we are doing everything possible to restore service ASAP.
