Dear Customer,

We will be decommissioning exiting obsolete hardware in our Portsmouth switched network. During this time connectivity will be lost to all switched services/colocation customers in Portsmouth until connections have been transferred to our new network.

Ethernet customers may see higher latency during this time with traffic being rerouted but will not see an outage.

Elite will take steps to ensure minimal downtime for all customers. If you have any questions please forward them to Elite support.

Impacted customers:
- Direct IP connectivity customers
- Private MPLS (Private routed WAN) customers
- Private VPLS (L2 WAN) customers
- Geographic (EWL) Point to point customers
- CoLo Services in Portsmouth NAP01
