We now see users successfully authenticating that previously could not. We have been informed that the issue has been resolved.

We will actively monitor this for a period of time before closing this incident.

Investigating
Some users are experiencing issues authenticating. This appears to be an issue upstream with BT's systems.

We are actively in communication with them to ascertain what could be causing this.

This is not affecting any users already authenticated.
